Just wanted to congratulate my friend, Ricker Choi (http://www.rickerchoi.com), who recently was featured in the Toronto Star. He, along with Kathleen Penny, were the two Canadians who made it to the finals of the Washington International Piano Amateurs Competition. Ricker placed third, and I am proud to know both of these incredible people. It’s great to see other Canadians putting our country on the international stage.
